The beds are super comfortable, and the pillows, although a bit on the high side, we adjustable enough to our comfort height. "Host was very friendly and welcoming and spoke good English. The room was very clean and just as it looks on the pictures. We had fresh towels provided everyday and bins changed. The bed was also made by the cleaner too. Overall an excellent stay would highly recommend. Also the apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in Neos Marmaras too."

"budget vacation at it's best. building sits on a very very large plot that has everything from shower to bbq, sitting area, playground, well lit parking etc. for families looking to save money, grill and hang out area are great. there is also a beach on walk distance. rooms - as expected in this price range, four beds are crammed into a small space, but that's what I expected. the good thing is that the fridge was not intrusive to my sleep. usually, they are. AC also was not loud."

"One of the most beautiful properties we ever stayed at. The views from the seaview villa are amazing. From the upstairs bedroom we had 180 degree stunning views. Not only the sea but also the surrounding mountains and village are great to look at. The location is secluded and calm. The interior design is beautiful. The housekeeper is the nicest and great! "The location was perfect, in the hill above Porto Karras and Neos Marmaras surrounded by pine and olive trees and vineyards. Peaceful, beautiful apartment, modern with all the amenities. Effie is an exquisite host and very helpful and kind. Away from crowds but very close to the action and beautiful beaches especially Toroni. It has my highest recommendation."
