Attic Ship The Barco penthouse is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator overlooking Calle Mayor, a charming pedestrian street. It's a very quiet street lined with boutique shops and bars with the aroma of artisanal coffee.

The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and all shops and supermarkets are within easy walking distance of the apartment. Sitges train station and the bus stop are less than a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a separate space with a screen and a double bed, 1 bathroom and a living room with access to the private terrace. The room has ample space to store your belongings.

The kitchen is American-style and equipped with everything necessary to prepare any meal. There is also a table with chairs in a separate area of the living room, which serve as an indoor dining area.

The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV and hot/cold air conditioning. From there, we have access to the terrace with partial views of the sea and Calle Mayor. It's equipped for sunbathing, having breakfast while watching people stroll along Calle Mayor, or enjoying a candlelit dinner .

The Barco apartment is located on the same floor as the Velero apartment. These two penthouses can be booked together and are ideal for two couples traveling together who prefer to enjoy their privacy.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes levied by the Sitges City Council must be paid (1.75 euros per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years of age do not pay)

- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 PM, there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.

Exit information:- Departure time is 10 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
