HOW TO BOOK:
We recommend passing a request for information to our agency, as we carry several villas, "sending an inquiry to the real estate professional", so we will advise you on the villa the most suitable to your needs". Then you will be able to book in total security in "Book Now".

We recommend you to book stays from Saturday to Saturday, with a stay of 3 to 7 days. If you wish to book a week on horseback on other days, do not hesitate to contact us for rates and availability.

COMPLEMENT ON THE LOCATION:

Located in the center of the large landscaped grounds that surround it, it consists of three floors and is ideal for families seeking tranquility and nature, friends who wish to share intimate and fun moments, groups wishing to visit a cosmopolitan city or busy village, but dozing in placid surroundings coped by greenery and a comfortable house, with a ground floor through which you access directly to the large private pool.

We recommend that you have a car to move around more easily and quickly, but it is not essential. Everything can be done on foot.

You can find supermarkets, quality fruit and vegetables, restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk from the Villa.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful garden of +- 2,500 m²), an XXL swimming pool of 16 meters by 8 meters.

The house is located in the urbanization El Romani in Calafell, a coastal and residential area.

A magnificent road / highway will take you to Sitges, Barcelona, Tarragona, bordering the sea or overlooking the sea.

The villa has 450 M2 and 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed on 2 floors. Optionally, a second house is available for 4 people with its privacy.

EXTERIOR OF THE VILLA:

Villa El Ranch is oriented South-East and the sun illuminates the villa, its garden and the pool all day long. In the middle of summer, as the rest of the year (especially in winter), its very sunny orientation makes the outdoor areas of this villa very enjoyable.

Sitges/Costa Daurada, with its microclimate, usually offers temperatures of 20 to 22º at midday from November to March. With its South-East orientation and being very sunny all day long, Villa El Ranch is ideal for short breaks of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. The rates are very reasonable during these periods.

We have very attractive monthly rates in low season for 1 month up to 5 months! Ask for them.

Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, the extra costs for each of them are detailed below:

IMPORTANT ASPECTS RELATED TO RATES AND PAYMENTS:

1. Payment with Visa Card via Vrbo: A 3% surcharge for card fees applies.

2. Payment by Bank Transfer: No additional fee.

3. Vrbo Assistance Service is available with both payment methods.

4. Cleaning Costs:
- Stays of up to one week: Cleaning cost: €350 at the end of the stay.
- Stays of two weeks: Mid-stay cleaning: 2 hours, performed by 2 people, in the middle of the stay, cost €80. Full cleaning at the end of the second week, cost €350.
- Stays of three weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and one in the middle of the second week), each with a cost of €80. Full cleaning at the end of the third week, cost €350.
- Stays of one month: Three mid-stay cleanings: one mid-stay cleaning at the end of each week, each with a cost of €80. Full cleaning at the end of the month, cost €350.

5. Tourist Tax: €1 per adult per day for the first 7 days.

6. Low Season (October 15 to April 15):
- Surcharge for heating/gas/electricity: €300 per week, based on actual consumption.

7. Monthly Stay in Low Season:
- Water, electricity, and gas costs: €800, based on actual consumption.

8. Late Check-in:
- From 20:00 to 24:00: + €45.
- After 24:00: + €70.

9. Main Villa:
- Surcharge of €20 per person per day for groups of more than 10 people.

10. Annex House, maximum capacity for 4 people:
- Additional costs: €1,500 (house), €75 (cleaning), €100 (heating in low season).
11. Special Rates from 30/12 to 1/1:
- €1,000 for up to 10 people, plus additional costs for cleaning, heating, tourist tax, and deposit.

12. Weekly Pet Surcharge: €100.

13. Rates for stays of 2, 3, or 4 days apply for stays between Saturday and Saturday. If the stay extends over two weeks, causing a loss of a 10 to 12-day rental, the price will be increased. The Vrbo price calculator does not allow this differentiation.

14. XXL Jacuzzi for 8 people at 36°C: + €450 per week from April 15 to October 15 and €300 from October 15 to April 15.

15. The deposit is €1,250.
