"Beautiful and comfy room! Love being able to walk out on the balcony though you must know to unlock the BOTTOM lock. Luckily the careless entry made it easy to get in and out. If you’re using hotels.com you must check you messages the day before for code info. One thing to note - the cars passing at night sound so strange, as if a plane is going through the street. There’s a white noise machine and ear plugs there but just a heads up."

"This cabin is in a great location just outside of sisters. It's smaller than it appears in the pictures but it's sweet. It was quite clean EXCEPT the carpets upstairs need a good cleaning. There were some stains in the bedrooms, BUT the carpets had been well vacuumed. It would be nice to have a rug downstairs where the couch is. The only complaint we had is that the bed in the downstairs bedroom was quite uncomfortable. I would highly encourage you to change out this mattress. Everything else we needed was there. It was super hot outside but the AC worked great. We enjoyed listening to the birds on the deck and the privacy in the back yard."

"Great group house, with several sleeping rooms/areas. Very nice hot tub, easy to use grill; not far bike ride from Lodge pool rec area. Organized and documented to help guests."

"A great house for a large family get together. Grandkids have their own room with 2 bunk beds, one bottom is a double. Each adult couple has their own room with a bonus room for a mother-in law. A very clean house, furniture in great shape, and well stocked kitchen. Great deck looking out at the forest with plenty of furniture. Close to all pools and golf courses. Overall, I cannot say enough good things--one of the best rentals we have had in Black Butte. Highly recommend"

"Pros - Love the location. Responsive host. Well stocked home. Comfortable beds. Beautiful spot. Appreciate bikes being included!Cons - the layout of the home is odd with the kitchen and living on the second floor plus full bathrooms on each floor despite first floor having 3 of 4 bedrooms. The policy of fining 2500 and immediate eviction if rules are broken (on top of a 50 fee per pool towel lost) is the harshest I have experienced and we are frequent house renters - while Becca did try to work with us, that level of scrutiny really stood out and detracted from our stay. We broke no rules but felt on edge."

"This property has a lovely yard with a stunning mountain view with a comfy patio set and hot tub. Our pup stayed home, but any size dog would be comfortable and safe here, as it is fully fenced. The bedroom is large with a closet and full king and the bed is very comfortable. The food prep area is as advertised. A small frig, microwave and Keurig. You will want to try local restaurants: our fave was the Open Door. The hosts, Joey, was exceptional. He responded to our questions in minutes before and after booking and helped resolve a check-in (code) issue that was on the VRBO side so that we had timely access. We would definately stay here again. It is an easy walk to downtown and is even close to a laundramat. Perfect location for our Quilt Show visit!"

"We had the best time here. All of the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds. The patios were fun. The kitchen had everything we needed. And of course the location was stunning and a really good time."
