The great room boasts vaulted ceilings, full-length picture windows, and two sitting areas designed for comfortable social time. The first offers seating for four in cozy armchairs, while the second features a sectional and inviting gas fireplace. A third sitting area in the loft includes a smart TV and a plush futon. The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops and full-size appliances, including a French-door fridge. Whip up a favorite recipe and savor your home cooking in the dining area, or step through sliding glass doors to the expansive wraparound deck and dine alfresco among the towering pines. Central air-conditioning and a washer/dryer add convenience during your stay.
Things to Know
Motorcycles, snowmobiles, mopeds, and ATVs are prohibited in this gated community. An overflow lot is available next to the security station for parking, however, alternative transportation is required to travel within Black Butte Ranch Resort.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
