"This place needs a total makeover ! Raggedy blinds on windows, couldn't even close. Window units. Heat is portable heaters. No chairs in bottom room. No kitchen. Faulty facet in bathroom. Beds are just OLD box n mattress on floor. No living room area. No coffee. Concrete blocks to walk on to keep your feet from getting muddy.It was dangerous for my 86 year old mother. No broom.Community hot tub stunk n was dirty. Guess u could say it was in a decent setting but in terrible condition. Way too...

"Randy’s cabin is a total gem! Exceptionally clean, spacious, and with beautiful views. If skies are clear you will have spectacular stargazing opportunities and you will see deer - lots of ‘em - all over the area. It’s located about 20 minutes from Fredericksburg so you can enjoy that quaint town and then sleep in the country, with the windows open, and enjoy the sounds of the nearby rooster doing his thing each morning- but not too loudly. Randy is a superb host and we enjoyed our stay...
