"Very clean and quiet. Staff were excellent."

"Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious."

"Perfect, except no streaming app on the tv. Spent a bit more time in the room this trip and so was disappointed I couldn’t watch Netflix or Disney, etc."

"Very clean rooms"

"Clean facilities"

"It just wasn’t clean or all that secure. But the staff were very nice and there were plenty of great unclean amenities making it good value."

"Very friendly receptionist and manager. Excellent follow up with my booking. I recommand this motel."

"1 bedroom apartment excellent value for money . Location perfect. Parking a challenge but reasonable ok. Apartment had everything needed and very clean ."

"Way over rated"

"We liked helpful staff, easy check in, convenient location, good parking, clean and bright room, good shower. We didn't like stained sofa, views over building sites and construction noise, soft mattress and cigarette burns in wash basin. Overall, it was adequate for our one night stay and good value for money."

"We always stay at The Motley when visiting Melbourne CBD for the night. Fantastic location, excellent facilities and great staff. We will be back"

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"This property is a gem.The place is meticulous with well maintained yard .The rooms quite modern and clean, would be nice to have toilet brushes in case of accidents. The food nicely cooked and delicious. Free parking just by the hotel yard. The staff were very helpful"

"Stayed here as close to family. Clean, comfortable. Would stay again. Recommend."

"Nice motel in great location. Fantastic host on front desk.. ticked all the boxes..."

"Parking was easy and secure"

"Hi there we had an issue with the airconditioning in our room, which kept seemingly being fixed only to stop working again....hot and stuffy nights!!"
