"The Fairmont Istanbul was nice, but it was lacking the service and attention to detail found at other Fairmonts. When we arrived our luggage was taken and never showed up to our room for over 2 hours, multiple calls to have it resolved, because of the time change and jet lag it was a little annoying when we juts wanted to shower and head to bed. "Excellent location, close to a lot of luxury and touristic spots, such as Nisantasi & Taksim. The hotel is immaculate, deserves a higher rating. The staff are all professional and helpful especially Mr Selim and Emircan. I would recommend to families and couples. "
