Able to accommodate up to 8 people, the villa has an area of 160 m², and extends over 2 levels.

- A bright living room with a comfortable TV lounge area and a large, friendly wooden dining table in a rustic style
- A functional and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...

The flowery and shaded garden will be most pleasant in summer.
On the sea side, enjoy a beautiful view of the hills and the Mediterranean from the terrace, where you can have your meals, in the shade of the pergola.
The swimming pool, 8x4m, is available from mid-April to mid-October approximately (under favourable climatic conditions). It is not heated. It has a bubble cover, and a security alarm. Sunbeds are installed around it for your moments of idleness.
Barbecue available.

You will be welcomed by a trusted person on site.
The end-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use.
Check-in and key handover are done directly at the establishment. To organize your arrival, we need to schedule an appointment. An email with further instructions will be sent after reservation confirmation.
Housekeeping and linen included in the rental, intermediate cleaning if several weeks are booked with linen change.
Possibility of 1 home chef and boat rental, private yoga classes.
Sheets and towels provided.

Located in Sisco, a very pleasant commune in Cap Corse, about fifteen kilometers north of Bastia, the villa is a calm and tree-lined place, ideal for recharging. All local shops are located 5-10 minutes (6km) by car approximately (bakery, butcher, tobacco shop, supermarket, shops, restaurants...).
The large beach of Pietracorbara is 5 km away. Swimming, diving and other water activities possible.
Ideal for a peaceful holiday with family or friends.
