Very nice hotel near the beach. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was nice, clean and big enough and the breakfast was varied. The location and bus connections to the old town were good. I would definitely come again!

What a wonderful hotel. The owners were lovely , so friendly and helpful. The room overlooking the lake had a balcony we could sit on and watch the water and boats. Breakfast was an amazing selection and so fresh. We took advantage of the tips from the owner as to where to adventure and the 1 euro bus to the old town was great although you could walk and we did often. Amazing food locally - fresh and attentive. Overall couldn’t fault. It was positioned just off the road into Sirmione old town but that didn’t take away at all from this excellent place. Wonderful time and memories. Thanks to Expedia and Villa Rosa for a wonderful week.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Alle sind sehr nett. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die beiden Schwestern die das Hotel betreiben wenn wir das richtig verstanden haben. Sehr herzlicher Umgang und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Einfach sehr angenehm.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir sind mit einem Kleinkind gereist und würden das Hotel als sehr Familienfreundlich einstufen. Das Frühstück wär gut und die Zimmer sauber.

A lovely stay

Our stay at Villa Rosa was excellent! The owners are so warm and friendly and do everything they can to ensure your stay is just right. The hotel is super clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was very fresh and with lots of variety. It’s a 20 minute walk to the old town, or a short bus ride. There are many restaurants close by, and a bike shop next door if you wish to explore the surrounding areas by bike. We will certainly stay at Villa Rosa again if we return to Sirmione.
