With the entrance on the first floor, upon entering you will be immediately greeted by its brightness and the comfort that the beamed ceiling gives.

The large equipped kitchen and the living area with sofa and LCD TV are located in a unique and colorful environment which, thanks to the large French window, overlooks a terrace overlooking the vineyard; here it is easy to imagine enjoying a good aperitif in the company of friends or a delicious dinner with the family, enjoying the peace and tranquility of the place.

The living area leads directly to the large double bedroom and the twin bedroom with separate beds; between the two bedrooms there is the delightful bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine.
