The master bedroom is an oasis of tranquillity. Furnished with a comfortable double bed, it has two wardrobes for storing your belongings and 2 bedside tables. The window allows in plenty of natural light, creating a cosy ambience.



Second Bedroom

The second bedroom is perfect for guests or children. It has two single beds. The simple and functional design guarantees comfort and practicality, making it ideal for a restful sleep. This room is also well lit thanks to the natural light coming in through the window.



Bathroom

The bathroom is modern and well equipped, with a shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. Elegant tiles and fine details add a touch of class. A large mirror and good lighting make the bathroom perfect for your daily routine.



Living Room with Dining Table and Kitchen

The heart of the flat is the open-plan living area, which combines living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. There is a cosy dining table for pleasant meals with friends. We will send you a secure link before your stay to enable you to register these documents quickly and easily.



Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.



There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that since we are not a hotel, Italian law requires us to provide guests with any type of food, even just plain oil, salt and pepper, and since we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
