"We spent two months in this lovely town, in an amazing house. Piero and Natalia were excellent hosts. The house is well equipped and the terrace is wonderful. The weather for November and December was very comfortable, even able to swim in the sea. The folks of Balestrate were kind and very helpful. "Ein Landgut wird beworben, eine heruntergekommene und schmutzige Anlage findet man vor. Überall Müll am Gelände, die Küche/Kühlschrank verdreckt, nicht gekehrt und die Bäder eine Zumutung. Wir mussten erstmal putzen.. Klimatisiert sind nur 2 Doppelzimmer über ein klappriges Gerät in einem Vorraum - wie man hier in heißen Monaten mit bis zu 8 Personen schlafen soll möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Viele alte Möbel wo überall kaputte Dinge drin waren, das Untergeschoss nur eine Rumpelkammer......

"Unser Apartment in der letzten Reihe ganz oben außen ist wirklich ganz schön gelegen. Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung wäre schön, da man sich schon sicher sein möchte, wenn man die steile Auffahrt hoch fährt, dass man dort richtig ist. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber sauber, allerdings wären ein paar neue Stühle für innen und außen angebracht, da sie entweder fast auseinander brechen, oder verrostet sind. "Niccolo était malade et n'a pas pu nous accueillir lui-même. Quelqu'un l'a fait à sa place. L'accès à la maison se fait par une petite route étroite et très pentue, heureusement pas trop longue.
