"Ein Landgut wird beworben, eine heruntergekommene und schmutzige Anlage findet man vor. Überall Müll am Gelände, die Küche/Kühlschrank verdreckt, nicht gekehrt und die Bäder eine Zumutung. Wir mussten erstmal putzen.. Klimatisiert sind nur 2 Doppelzimmer über ein klappriges Gerät in einem Vorraum - wie man hier in heißen Monaten mit bis zu 8 Personen schlafen soll möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Viele alte Möbel wo überall kaputte Dinge drin waren, das Untergeschoss nur eine Rumpelkammer......

"Unser Apartment in der letzten Reihe ganz oben außen ist wirklich ganz schön gelegen. Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung wäre schön, da man sich schon sicher sein möchte, wenn man die steile Auffahrt hoch fährt, dass man dort richtig ist. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber sauber, allerdings wären ein paar neue Stühle für innen und außen angebracht, da sie entweder fast auseinander brechen, oder verrostet sind. Cinzia was super helpful with restaurant recommendations and helped us book a really good boat trip. "We had a lovely stay for 2 weeks. Lots of space around the house where we enjoyed the outside living. The owner is very friendly and is willing to help with every question and problem. When you enjoy walking, you can walk from the hill to the center of Balestrate (about 10-15 minutes walk). A car is needed to visit other places. There are a lot of interesting places to visit.
