"Clean, bright and friendly staff.... an ambience of home. Situated in a Condo-like complex just at the edge of chaos of shops and people. Room is spotless, spacious with a kitchen and fridge to cool Grotto water for your daily drink. One event I witnessed from my room window: an elderly couple was rushing out to catch a bus upon check-out. Hotel Manager Florence gave chase under a drizzle, and the old gentleman was hurriedly rushing back after realizing something they left behind only to see Florence in the middle of the road handing him the item. Just a priceless glee on the man's face. A great place run by very caring people. Thank you Florence and Tess for a wonderful stay. I will come back. "

"the location is great. close to the train station and the attractions. the view in our veranda is obsolutely beautiful. we walked rhe whole time we were there. the breakfast options is a bonus. the grocery is just a block away and there's bakery nearby . the receptionist is very friendly and helpful."
