"First room we were given the AC didn't work.
Second room we were given toilet wasn't hooked up and we had to pour shower water in the top of toilet for it to flush. We didn't discover this til late at night when we came back from dinner and were too tired to complain. Next morning we were told sorry we would comp your room but you used EXPEDIA so you're out of luck. Have some free soda's. Front desk folks were super nice but their hands were tied because we booked through Expedia."

"Their AC system was on the fritz so carpets were damp, they had buckets under the vents in the lobby and after sleeping there, our clothes were damp and smelled musty. They wouldn't give us a refund. Very disappointed."
