I usually stay at TownePlace South as a single but had my bother with me this time. As soon as I wanted a room with 2 beds it appears that I was switched to this location. I didn't notice the change until we tried to check in at the wrong place. It was a little out of the way from where we wanted to be. But it was easy to find and had great access to the road ways. This place was just as good as the South location. Great breakfasts by the way!

Not the cleanest hotel. The hotel room appeared to have water damage. The bedding was never changed and we found other people’s hair on the bed. They did not have anywhere on their website saying that the pool was closed and that was disappointing to not be able to enjoy in the evening.

Our room was terrible! The carpet was all shredded and frayed in places. The closet doors were off and leaning on the wall by the bed so you could only get in and out of the bed on one side. The elevator floors were so sticky from syrup that your shoes stuck! Would never recommend this hotel.

I made the reservation at the wrong hotel. I went to Town place south and paid directly so i just wasted almost $400 dollars because i booked through you and can't get my money refunded. Will never book through expidia again. First and last time i booked a hotel through you.

The room was great! Little noisy, from the road trafffic...it settled down as the evening progressed. Breakfast was the typical. Food was warm. Area was clean. Staff was most helpful and very friendly!

The suite is a nice option but several cabinet and closet doors were broken as well as a lamp, and the room had no direct air they put a vent fan in the wall to suck it in from the living room area, the kids were freezing on the double pull out and we were way too warm in the bedroom. Also the elevator door struggled to open and close. Bright sides, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the dining area was clean, nice outdoor seating

Great stay. Easy check in. Room was clean and everything worked in room( stove, dishwasher) and also in the hotel( laundry room was available and pool was open) breakfast was great. So many options and as busy as it was they didn’t run out of anything. Would def stay again and recommend. My only issue was not sleeping well not comfortable but everyone sleeps differently
