"Sadly didn't expect to be treated so rudely by the owner. From being shouted at to having an ashtray practically thrown across the table for myself and my mum. To be followed around, waiting for any one of my family to put a foot wrong. Being charged various prices for coffee in the morning. Never once smiling or being remotely pleasant for the 5 days we stayed.
