"The original room we were assigned had a foul odor and the TV did not work, so we requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room also had a strong unpleasant smell as well. I’m not sure if this was just an issue with the third floor, since both rooms were located there. The biggest concern was cleanliness. "This la Quinta is not like the pictures. Check-in went very well but first thing I saw was complimentary water that looked 2 days old. Our room appeared clean but I found either a dead tick or bed bug in the sheets! The bathtub was so old and patched and no drain cover that I took a sponge bath. They didn’t have soap, nowhere to charge my phone, and the ice machine was out of order. It’s been awhile since I stayed at la Quinta and I won’t be booking again."

"Mold in the caulking of the tub. Shower head water pressure terrible, Room cleaning not available unless requested, but no one tells you this ahead of time. Air conditioner is loud. Weekend breakfast closes at 9, can you imagine? No ability to watch Netflix or prime with tv."
