"Overall we enjoyed our stay, It was cozy and smaller than expected but we didn't mind. The pool was nice and refreshing and you have a slight view of the beach. Property was clean and maintained. Its a very short drive to the Lexington and the little shops, you could walk but our gang was against it due to all the walking at the Lexington. Also a Short drive to HEB. Only thing was it smelled like mildew and we had to go buy Air fresheners to place throughout the unit because we all had headaches...

"The entire property reflected the devastation that hurricanes and winter storms can produce. I’ve never lived in a place with extreme weather so the evidence was sobering. There is extensive construction being done in the entire area including roads and bridges. The condo itself is small but functional. It has everything you need for a short stay. The bunk beds are narrow but work well for children. There is a larger twin size Murphy bed in the living/ kitchen area that our 15 year old was more...

"The unit was as described - the balcony/patio had a direct view of the beach and the 2nd floor view was incredible. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, plus they labeled all of the cabinets so we didn't have to search when we needed something. The complex was quiet and we felt safe at all times. Downtown Corpus Christi was just across the bridge so we were close to everything we came to see. A great little weekend getaway!"

"This was a lovely place to spend New Year's. We brought our beagle pup and enjoyed watching the sunset on the water every evening. The place is well equipped with kitchen tools which was great; we love to cook. We can't wait to return"

"There is a lot of construction there before you have a bunch of strangers walking around happening. I had an Erie feeling staying there so I would suggest going with someone and not being alone."

"The people downstairs, who live there year round, are absolutely amazing people! The place was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time fishing off the docks and that was a lot fun. The neighborhood is so peaceful, clean and stunning views. Our only downside was that the back door was left open, upon arrival, and it was over 100 degrees in the place. Took forever to cool off. I guess the housekeepers left it open. Im pregnant, so I had to hang out in the water...

"Our vacation to North Beach was so relaxing! This condo is right on the beach, with easy access to plenty of exciting activities within a short walk. We hardly had to use our car at all, which was perfect for the calm vacation we wanted. Cassie was a great host and answered all our questions quickly and effectively. We highly recommend this condo!"
