Welcome to Villa Kas ku Bista — a designer villa perched atop a hill within the renowned Blue Bay resort. Named for its panoramic views of the lush golf course at the 16th hole and extending to the Caribbean Sea, this luxury villa offers guests an unparalleled experience.

With a focus on modern aesthetics and open-plan design, the villa spans two levels, offering shaded alcoves for relaxation beside the inviting pool with loungers. The breathtaking panorama of the golf course invites guests to linger on the terrace or take a refreshing dip in the pool.

Inside the villa, the first floor welcomes guests with a spacious living area seamlessly integrated with an open kitchen and a large porch to enjoy outdoor living.

On the ground floor, discover the master suite featuring a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. All bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped for every comfort and convenience.

The villa is within walking distance (1,3 km, 0.8 mile) of Blue Bay's beautiful sandy beach, where you can enjoy crystal clear waters, sunbeds and shady palm trees. Whether you want to snorkel, dive, paddleboard or just relax, the Blue Bay Beach offers something for everyone. As a guest of Villa Kas ku Bista, you have complimentary access to the beach including a beach chair. Other facilities of the resort, such as the 18 holes golf course, tennis courts, diving, may be used, and a corresponding fee will be charged.

Important Notice: Construction is currently taking place in the area, which may cause some disturbance. While we have no control over this, we are offering a 25% discount on the rental price until December 31st, 2026. This discount has already been applied to the listed rental price.

Our rate includes WiFi. Please note that utility charges may vary depending on your booking terms. Bookings before May 5 pay the actual usage of their stay at $ 0.55 per kWh. Bookings after May 5 are charged a utility fee of $ 25,- per day, based on average use. To help us promote sustainability and avoid unnecessary charges, we kindly ask that you use water and electricity thoughtfully — especially when using the air conditioning. Nightly rates vary based on occupancy, ensuring flexibility to suit your needs.
