On the charming holiday park Campanula, at cycling distance from the sandy beach of Sint Maartenszee, stands Tiny House Philomenos. This cosy 26 m² chalet is ecologically built with sustainable and reused materials. Surrounded by blooming bulb fields in spring, it offers a cosy and comfortable base for a relaxing stay.

Comfortable and fully equipped

The tiny house is ideal for 2 adults and up to 2 young children (up to 12 years old). The parents sleep in a comfortable double bed (with two single duvets), while the sofa bed is suitable for the children.

The living room is cosily furnished and features digital television (Ziggo) with Dutch and German channels and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, induction hob, Senseo machine, fridge freezer and more. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

Outdoor living and extra facilities

Enjoy peace and privacy on the partially fenced terrace. The chalet has a lockable gazebo with garden chairs and a charging point for electric bikes. Solar panels on the roof contribute to a sustainable stay.

As a guest, you have free access to the indoor swimming pool at the park. Other facilities are available for a fee.

Everything was perfect! I recommend to bring bicycles because it was the best way to explore the region.

Das Tiny House ist einfach, aber gemütlich eingerichtet. Im Wesentlichen ist alles Notwendige vorhanden, allerdings muss man aufgrund der Größe Abstriche machen. Die relative Enge sorgt dafür, dass z.B. die Nutzung der Küche mühsam sein kann, ebenso das Bad.Mit all dem kann man leben solange das Wetter mitspielt. Wird es schlecht, fehlen einfach Möglichkeiten zur Aufbewahrung und Trocknung nasser Garderobe und Schuhe. Zudem ist die Stromversorgung offensichtlich sehr begrenzt, so dass die Heizung ausgeschaltet wird während Herd und Backofen benutzt werden. Das zusammen mit der Tatsache, dass das Bad nur morgens und abends auf 20C geheizt wird, macht es mitunter ungemütlich. Sicher sind viele Gäste Deutsche, da wäre es toll, wenn außer 4 öffentlich-rechtlichen Fernsehsendern auch noch ein paar andere freigeschaltet wären. Auch ein etwas bequemeres Sofa würde zur Gemütlichkeit beitragen.Das Bett ist bequem, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles zusammen hat auf jeden Fall seinen Charme. Wir haben uns trotz aller kleineren Unzulänglichkeiten mit unseren beiden kleinen Hunden wohlgefühlt. Mit all

Das Wetter war zwar nicht so gut,aber ansonsten alles super.

Es war insgesamt schön! Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich, ebenso die Mitarbeiter bei Great Vakantiehuizen 👍 Die Größe des Hauses ist für 2 Erwachsene und einen Hund meiner Meinung nach zu klein. Schön wäre es, wenn von vornherein ein Ventilator und Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung stehen würden. Bei gutem Wetter wird es sehr warm im Haus. Keine Fliegengitter an den kleinen Seitenfenstern, also im Sommer gut schützen, wenn man nachts die Fenster offen lassen möchte. Für Hundebesitzer: nicht eingezäunter, kleiner Terrassenbereich. Ohne Leine die ganze Zeit geht es nicht :/ Trotzdem, für zwei Personen für ein paar Tage Auszeit ein süßes Häuschen mit kleiner Küche, die alles hat und einem süßen kleinen Bad und sehr bequemen Bett.

Das Chalet ist einfach sehr charmant. Perfekte Lage - das Meer, schöne Städte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Liebevoll ausgestattet und ein kleiner, feiner Garten, in dem man wunderbar faule Tage verbringen kann. Ein Drink am Abend auf den Stufen vor geöffneten Flügeltüren: was will man mehr. Trotz Nähe zu Nachbarn und zum Weg ist man für sich und die Ausstattung ist völlig ausreichend. Wir kommen wieder!

Uns hat hier einfach alles sehr gut gefallen!

Wir habe uns extra für ein tiny house entschieden und würden nicht enttäuscht! Sehr sauberes Haus und alles was für ein Kurzurlaub mit Selbstversorgung benötigt wird war vorhanden. Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund vor Ort! Sehr nettes Personal... Können wir ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen.
