"Very handy for the centre of Bruges. Nice room but a little small. Unfortunately no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in the room although there is a Starbucks machine in the lobby but you have to pay for the drinks. All staff were lovely and helpful, especially the cleaning staff. Expensive parking at the hotel (double that of the other underground long stay hotels) but staff were happy to point us in the direction of the nearest underground car park which was 5 mins walk away. Nice selection of breakfast items. "

"Stayed with a couple of friends for a weekend in Bruges. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Hotel doesn't offer free parking but there is underground, secure parking just 5mins from the hotel. Highly recommend and would use again."

"The lighting was apalling! Mirrors in dark corners or bad light. Had to use a torch in the restaurant to be able to read tge menu. Everything black or dark grey which gave a very uncomfortable atmosphere. Most importantly wee were not told about tge major traffic diversion!!! It took us 2 1/2 hours from Bruges to find tge hotel!!! I used to be a regular client but this experience was apalling for such an expensive and well known chain! Also not enough tea bags or milk in the room for 2 days for 2 people. Very dissatisfied!!"

"The hotel staff were great. Very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was very well located minutes away from the main square and yet in a quiet street. Bar was awesome. I would go back to this hotel whenever I return to Bruges. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the newer section, and loved it for it's comfort, quiet, size, etc. We unfortunately didn't give ourselves time to just sit and relax in the several lobby-level rooms but they are beautiful, as well. The location is perfect for accessing the center of Bruges. "

"Very basic hotel and breakfast, the only good thing is close to Bruges Train Station. Unlike other stations, there is no decent place to eat. The escalators to the hotel were not working. We had to drag our luggage up many flights of stairs. The room was so small that we couldn’t fully open our mid-size luggage. The walls were not sound proof, could hear clearly next room talking. If we have a chance to come back to Bruges, we would stay there again."
