"Stayed in 1E for 2 nights. The hostel was difficult to find as there's only a tiny sign on the wall on the entrance of the building. The hostel has a homely and welcoming design with an area that looks like a living room, while the shared kitchen has two large dining tables. The kitchen also has a fridge/freezer, microwave, lots of utensils, cups and a water dispenser. My room had 8 bunks, 4 each against the walls with the central aisle free. "I have very high expectation to the hotel as it listed as 4-stars hotel. However, when I got there, it looks more like a hostel. That doesn't bother me much. The room has this smell in it, and the cleanness doesn't meet the 4-stars hotel par. Overall, I'm fine with it for the amount I paid for this hotel. They do have a decent breakfast and they have free snacks, ice cream, and late snack. Their location is very close to the night market which is good. "

"I was assigned to an old building initially. The height of the shower head in the bathtub is quite low . I went to discuss with the front desk regarding my concern. She awared and acknowledged it . She has assigned another room for me with standing shower asap. I really apprciate their effort in managing this issue . The breakfast was very good . The staffs and services are excellent . I would recommend to others with this resonable price ."

"The place is not easy to find, the address lead to a cafe place which is right on the corner, but to find the B&B you need to go further on the left side, when you see a white door, please ring the bell and wait for the waitress! The stay was really pleasant, we stayed only one night and I think the complaints about the noise by other comments are a little too exaggerated. Living in Taiwan for six years now, hearing people talking outside of the room is not something strange, yet you won’t hear a thing from the street (and seriously we can always be grateful of that in here) We did not have the breakfast but the common area is really nice and furnished, for longer stays I bet it is great! Totally recommended 😉"
