Located in La Caletta, just a short walk from the white, sandy beach, the apartment “Villa Sulas” is ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea. The charming property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, state-of -the-art ceiling fans with remote control, a washing machine and a television. Your private balcony and private covered terrace invite you to start the day outside with a cup of coffee or a delicious breakfast. End a fantastic day with a delicious dinner from your private barbecue and dine outside in the fresh air. A shared garden as well as an outdoor shower are also available for your use. Within 2-5 minutes walking you will reach a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. The nearest supermarket is also just a 5-minute walk away (350 m). Spend the day at La Caletta beach (a mere 1-minute walk from the property) or enjoy a walk along the beautiful harbour (a 9-minute walk or 750 m away).

Hervorragend!

Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend! Die Küche ist mit sehr viel Utensilien ausgestattet, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Microwelle, Kapselkaffeemaschine. Der eingezäumte Garten liegt an einer Einbahnstraße, direkt gegenüber hat man Strandzugang und eine Eisdiele. In der Stadt (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants) ist man innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Für das Auto ist direkt vor dem Eingangstor, auf der Straße, ein Parkplatz reserviert. Das große Bett war sehr bequem, die Betten für die Kinder ok. Besonders gut haben mir die Rollläden zum Verdunkeln gefallen, ich schlafe gern sehr dunkel. Dazu noch Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern. Top! Die Besitzer antworteten immer zügig. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung wirklich empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!
