Great place to stay in Singen.

Superb place to stay with very friendly staff and a great breakfast. Decent sized car park. We stayed 2 nights and had a great stay, can not fault at all. Would definitely recommend and will stay again without hesitation if we are ever in the area again.

Nice place. Good and clean rooms. If I could give dem a tips it would make the tv area bigger, use the corner where the manikin doll are sitting, that’s empty space. But now there was EM in soccer so it felt a bit crowded.

Mold in the bathroom

The bathroom have a strong smell of damp and mold. If that was fixed it could be nice. We got a room on the top floor. Because it’s at the top floor it was hot in July. A lot of traffic in the street outside.

The heat in the room is unbearable

The room is clean but the room is west facing with no fan and its hot making it unbearable to stay in the room. Middle of the night, the tour bus parked at the service road next to our room window and its so noisy with the engine noise and people talking.

Das Hostel Art & Style ist im Gebäude der ehemaligen Jugendherberge von Singen untergebracht. Es liegt am Stadtrand von Singen und kann mit dem Linienbus vom Bahnhof aus erreicht werden, der unmittelbar vor dem Hostel hält. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer, das unmittelbar am Parkplatz auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes lag. Sehr früh Morgens und auch Mitten in der Nacht hörten wir Fahrzeuge und Autotüren schlagen. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, das Doppelbett sehr schmal. Unser Badezimmer stand regelmäßig nach dem Duschen unter Wasser, da der Duschvorhang häufig über der niedrigen Kante der Duschwanne hing. Das Handwaschbecken war so klein, dass auch hier alles nass wurde. Auf dem Flur vor unserem Zimmer hörten wir während der ganzen Nacht das Schließen von Türen der benachbarten Zimmer. Wir haben von Freitag bis Sonntag im Hostel übernachtet. Die übrigen Gäste waren fast ausschließlich Familien oder Vereine mit Kindern. Entsprechend viel war im Frühstücksraum los, was uns jedoch überhaupt nicht störte. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist ein wenig besser, als wir es von unseren früheren Besuchen in Jugendherbergen gewohnt sind. Es gibt knackige Brötchen, Eier, Marmelade, einfache Wurst und Käse sowie Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten und auch heißes Wasser für Teebeutel. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, das große Lob in den Rezensionen finden wir jedoch etwas übertrieben.
