"went to check in and was told my reservation wasn’t found, even though i was charged and had the confirmation email. Then was told i was supposed to check in the previous day and since i wasn’t there they gave the room away. My stay was, check in 11th leave the 15th and they gave my room away on the 10th without contacting me. "

"The pictures associated with the property are not from the actual property, they are photo shopped. The property was nothing to write home about, but the beds were clean and the bathroom has recently been remodeled. The apartment served its purpose, a place to sleep and shower! It is conveniently centered on the island. Neighbors have about a million chickens that made noise all hours of the night. Property manager was very friendly and easy to work with when we ran into some travel issues....
