"Amazing, comfortable and convenient! I have stayed in several places in the area the last few weeks and this is BY FAR the BEST! Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice at all. It is on the smaller side, but so cozy and brand new with high end fixtures and features. Beds were very comfortable and there were many extra blankets and sheets available. Everything was available for coffee and any other items you need for your stay. FYI: there is only room to park 2 cars so not to block the garage doors, but this was fine for us. Also, there was an extra twin mattress in the closet that was very helpful to us! Hope this is available when we come to the area again!!"

"The property was very conviently located to the attractions I was interested in. It was well furnished with everything I could have needed. Even though it is very close to the road, the noise really wasn't a bother. I love that it had a grill and a fire pit to use. I even got some help to make a better fire. The host was extremely helpful and provided so much local information."

"We truly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect. We only stayed one night while traveling back to Houston from Branson, Missouri. It was a part-way-home spot as we made our way back to Texas, sight-seeing along the way. What a neat find! Thank you."

"Lana and I took a delayed 35th wedding anniversary trip to Hot Springs. The cabin was immaculate! We would describe this as a perfect oasis. Lance and Cinda are the perfect hosts in every manner. The attention to detail of the cabin (built by them), the wonderful art work in the house (painted by Cinda), and to the small details. We highly recommend this place!"

"So many amenities. Lots of yard games; croquet, ladder ball. Complete seclusion. Beautiful views. Rustic and has everything you need except your meals and snacks. My family played and laughed and we didn’t leave. So much to explore. So many different areas to hang out. River was crystal clear and so enjoyable. Highly recommend morning outdoor shower with coffee. "
