"First room we were put in had broken AC. Front desk was nice and gave us a different room. The room was musty and seemed to be damp in general. Hotel needs a lot of updating but all staff was polite and helpful."

"Checked in with staff first day of visit, we're not friendly and did not update about any pool closures. In room, did not have spare toilet paper, shower had hair on the wall and was not fully clean. Toilet used multiple flushes to work properly, and shower would fluctuate from freezing cold to scalding hot. Pool was closed for the season, which is why we chose this hotel with no notices anywhere to guests other than on the pool. Informed staff of room issues and none were addressed. Would not recommend staying here whatsoever. Go somewhere else, it's not worth the money."

"I had written a review of the night I checked in because I was given a king size room versus the two queens that I had reserved. The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor. Just tiny little things that probably constitute first world problems."

"Even with the confirmed booking they tell me that my booking is cancelead and go check any other locations and then instead of suites they allocate 2 seperate rooms to accomodate my young kids to be left out in a seperate room. On the name of breakfast they have a option of Grab and go and they have only Oatmeals packets with warm water"

"Room was clean and comfortable, LOVE that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7!! Breakfast was good with hot options, and staff was very friendly! Our only complaint is that we stayed 3 nights and had the do not disturb sign out on our door and housekeeping ignored it every time and knocked anyway 😒 We were sleeping because our hours were not the “normal” hours that most people have and being woken up was like someone knocking on your door at 3am. Other than that, the hotel was great and we will stay here again!"
