"Stay away...very poorly operated... understaffed...2 housekeepers frantically trying to make rooms ready... working beyond 5pm. We were given a room that was a pig sty...not cleaned...not ready. Given another room...no toilet paper....short towels. Overheard guests at the desk given card keys that didn't work....no working lights in bathroom...most common areas at this hotel were dirty and unpresentable."

"This is an amazing gem on the west side of St. Louis. We absolutely loved it. It was one of those few properties that actually looked better in person than the pictures. Vance and Savannah really appointed the house well and made it very comfortable. We’ll be renting again and recommending it to our family for when they visit out family nearby. "
