"The staff at the hotel were amazing. We were travelling for my son’s birthday and they made him feel so special. A lot of the time hotel stays are not remarkable but the staff especially the woman who checked us in were amazing!"

"I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and newness feel of the guest rooms. The outside definitely is not fitting of what you find inside and within the resort. The only problem I had was with guest laundry. One of the two washers available were broken. The laundry is located outside of the resort. I made a few attempts to get help from the desk. There was some frustration with getting help for this issue, felt like they couldn't be bothered with it. They did however replace my detergent. I would stay again, and recommend to family and friends. We were visiting Universal Studios with family."
