"The modern rooms are short walk to town center, we had parked just outside the property and walked everywhere, there is plenty of information in the room about places to visit, eat and drink. Also we were given chips to exchange in a number of cafes nearby for breakfast (coffee and croissant), as it was included in the stay. Very happy with the room, would recommend it."

"Our stay here was short but was wonderful because of this booking. The Boutique hotel is modern in an old world setting and a short block from the beach and the castle. The street has so many places to eat and shop. It was a great place to spend a couple of days. It was hot and we drove in and parked a couple blocks away but the owner kindly took me in his car to ours to bring our baggage and he brought it to the room. He let us check in 1/2 hour early as well. "

The place is in Satriano: a delightful modern palazzina, in quiet area high on the hill, with easy street parking and, with a car, easy access to Soverato. "Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again."

"This bed and breakfast has completely new furnishings and interior decoration with a lovely sparkly silver design. The breakfast is self service and has everything that a traveler needs. The bed was comfortable and the heating and air conditioning were easy to operate.
