"The pool was awesome....very relaxing other than the pool staff will open up your seating if you haven't been present for greater than 30 minutes. I did have to tell the staff that we were in the pool and to not take our chairs. Other than that it was great. If you meet a pool staff named Sandy, she is a gem! We loved her and her service. The rooms were spacious. The beach is close, although you do have to cross a road to get to the beach, which was a bit deceiving from the pictures. It was to safe cross. Lots of great restaurants! The Badfins restaurant had an amazing chicken sandwich. Beautiful views. Take a Dolphin cruise. It was great! Jimmy's on the roof top bar had a amazing view! Food was ok. The Salty Crab had amazing food - especially the EZ peel shrimp in the garlic butter!! Clearwater has so much to offer....we love coming to this area! "

"Room was large, but the space was not used adequately- there was a kitchenette, but no table with a couple chairs to sit at to eat your food ( there was a desk and desk chair though). The kitchenette sink and the bathtub didn’t drain well. The supposedly harbor view was actually the view of the cars parked right in front of your room door. There was a view of the restaurant entrance where it gets pretty busy on the weekends. So we needed to keep the room blinds closed at all time for privacy ( as there was non for the room we were given). Second floor rooms have a better views. When I requested my harbor view room, I was told that the parking lot view assigned room for me was what I paid for and if I want a second floor room, I need to pay extra ( the amount quoted by the receptionist was the same amount as I have already paid - so I said “thank you, but no - that makes Best Western a luxury hotel, and I could have stayed for less in a beautiful inn). Breakfast had very limited choices. Not even bananas on Saturday. "

"The toilet paper and tissues were of very poor quality. The headboard of the bed in my room was all torn up. The bed was not made properly (top sheet on top of blanket instead of visa-versa) no coffee available until 7:00 am. I will NOT book a room in this motel for next year's Highland Games."

"Breakfast: outstanding ! Your staff took the time to prepare all the offerings with care . Everything was delicious and not over cooked or undercooked. I stay at this hotel whenever I travel to Dunedin, FL"

" Very dated and the room did not look like the pictures online. We had a bad AC unit, got hot then cold….all night long. "

"The Cottage was awesome, we had an amazing time for a quick get-out-of- town from Lakeland. So many wonderful restaurants, bars and fun stores within walking distance. It's the perfect location. I even saw a cute little bunny hopping from our place one morning! Michael was a great host and was super helpful. The courage was clean and had everything we needed. The mattress was super comfy and we got a great few nights sleep. We would have brought along our little 11lb morkie, but didn't care to spend the extra 100, so had our son watch her. Overall, we loved the cottage at Dunedin and would definitely recommend to others and will stay there again ourselves. "
