"Staff were great, pool was great kids loved it, two good restaurants so close you could throw a rock at. Balconies are on the land side instead of the water otherwise they’d double the prices. Old school charm here, quaint Americana. We booked it to get to Caledesi island only to find out ferry runs Thursday through Sunday only but still a good visit. "

"The toilet paper and tissues were of very poor quality. The headboard of the bed in my room was all torn up. The bed was not made properly (top sheet on top of blanket instead of visa-versa) no coffee available until 7:00 am. I will NOT book a room in this motel for next year's Highland Games."

" Very dated and the room did not look like the pictures online. We had a bad AC unit, got hot then cold….all night long. "

"The Cottage was awesome, we had an amazing time for a quick get-out-of- town from Lakeland. So many wonderful restaurants, bars and fun stores within walking distance. It's the perfect location. I even saw a cute little bunny hopping from our place one morning! Michael was a great host and was super helpful. The courage was clean and had everything we needed. The mattress was super comfy and we got a great few nights sleep. We would have brought along our little 11lb morkie, but didn't care to spend the extra 100, so had our son watch her. Overall, we loved the cottage at Dunedin and would definitely recommend to others and will stay there again ourselves. "

"This would have been a perfect stay except the bathroom sink was not functional. Only a dribble of water came out. I contacted the manager but received no reply. Had to wash face and brush teeth in kitchen sink!"
