"Very crowded during spring break - I guess to be expected. Hotel is lovely but for what you’re paying, I’d expect more in terms of amenities. Pool isn’t very large and seating can be difficult. It’s in the center of everything which some would consider a plus. "

"The toilet paper and tissues were of very poor quality. The headboard of the bed in my room was all torn up. The bed was not made properly (top sheet on top of blanket instead of visa-versa) no coffee available until 7:00 am. I will NOT book a room in this motel for next year's Highland Games."

"The Cottage was awesome, we had an amazing time for a quick get-out-of- town from Lakeland. So many wonderful restaurants, bars and fun stores within walking distance. It's the perfect location. I even saw a cute little bunny hopping from our place one morning! Michael was a great host and was super helpful. The courage was clean and had everything we needed. The mattress was super comfy and we got a great few nights sleep. We would have brought along our little 11lb morkie, but didn't care to spend the extra 100, so had our son watch her. Overall, we loved the cottage at Dunedin and would definitely recommend to others and will stay there again ourselves. "
