The living room is bright and spacious, furnished with elegant sofas and a dining table that invites socializing, creating the perfect setting for relaxing moments. On the ground floor, there are two cozy bedrooms, one double and one twin, both with en-suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes, plus an additional bathroom. The first floor features two en-suite bedrooms with balconies offering stunning sea views.



The modern, fully equipped kitchen ensures functionality and style, making meal preparation a pleasure.



In the basement, you will find two more bedrooms, a secondary kitchen, a bathroom, and a generous entertainment area with a TV room, snooker table, foosball, and table tennis.



Outside, an extensive terrace includes a private heatable pool (additional cost), sun loungers, and lawns for outdoor leisure, along with an alfresco dining area with barbecue and a jacuzzi (additional cost) for moments of pure relaxation. The property is fully enclosed, has an automatic gate, and parking facilities.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi offers an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquility and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 3000 per group (payment by credit/debit card).
