Villa Boa Vida is an elegant, modern home with sea views, built in 2023. With around 240 m² of living space on a 700 m² plot, it is perfect for up to 8 guests. Ideal for families or groups seeking an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve, just 450 meters from the beach.



The spacious living and dining area is designed for gathering with family or friends. On the ground floor, there are two of the four suites: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and another with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a guest bathroom for added convenience.



Upstairs are the other two suites, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern (two refrigerators and freezers, stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, among others).



The villa features six Smart TVs. Outside, you will find a solar-heated infinity pool, a barbecue area, and an outdoor dining space. In addition to the main lounge area, there are more seating areas under the palm trees, perfect for larger groups to enjoy the evenings – ideal for relaxing and socializing.



On the upper terrace, Villa Boa Vida also offers a jacuzzi, available upon request and for an extra fee, where you can end your day with a stunning view and a unique wellness experience. Despite its peaceful location on a cul-de-sac, you have easy walking access to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and bars – the perfect base for a relaxing Algarve holiday.
