Villa Imagine is a spacious property with sea views, ideal for families seeking comfort and tranquillity, located in Armação de Pêra, near the beach.



The bright living and dining room offers a cosy and comfortable atmosphere, with direct access to the garden and pool, creating the perfect setting for relaxing moments together.



On the ground floor, there is a guest bathroom.



Upstairs, the villa offers three bedrooms: two with double beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony with sea view, and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms have access to a balcony, and there is an additional shared bathroom on this floor.



The lower level features a spacious lounge area with a sofa, a snooker table and a guest WC, ideal for family entertainment.



The kitchen is open-plan, modern and fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare meals comfortably and conveniently.



Outside, the private swimming pool is heatable (custo adicional), and the garden with lawn areas and a ping pong table invites guests to enjoy the outdoors. The barbecue and outdoor dining area make late afternoons even more enjoyable.



Villa Imagine is located in a quiet area, close to the beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, offering easy access to everything you need for a great holiday.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

From the 7th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
