Located in the prestigious Vale do Olival urbanization, in Armação de Pêra, Villa Catalina is a modern and spacious house designed to provide comfort and leisure.



On the ground floor, you will find a suite with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower base. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, with a central island and eight high chairs. The living room, with three sofas and cable TV, offers a cozy environment to relax.



On the first floor, there are three suites: one with a double bed, closet, and private bathroom; another with a double bed and private bathroom; and the third with two single beds and a private bathroom.



The exterior stands out with a solar-heated pool, perfect for any time of the year. The leisure area features sun loungers, a gas barbecue, a dining table, and a pergola with three sofas. For entertainment, the villa has a ping pong table and a game room with a snooker table.



The house has specific outlets for electric car charging. Villa Catalina is the perfect refuge for an unforgettable vacation in the Algarve.



No car rental is necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Note about the heated pool: During winter, the solar panel-powered heating system may not be as efficient due to reduced sunlight and lower temperatures.



The property's change day is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings.

A reservation processing, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 8 people.

From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional charge will be applied, which includes an additional bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
