Only one mile from the Silverthorne I-70 exit, our home in Silverthorne stands within easy reach of all the Summit County ski resorts: Keystone (10 miles), A-Basin (15 miles), Loveland (12 miles), Breckenridge (18 miles), Copper Mountain (15 miles), Vail (30 miles), Beaver Creek (40 miles). There are dozens of outlet shops within one mile, but a convenience store and a liquor store are within walking distance. The nearest hiking trailhead is at the end of the street - another is two blocks away. Short-term rentals only please; we stay there ourselves at least every other weekend!
Ours is a real home, not an in-out ski condo. Our oversized 2-car garage never freezes, and has a ski stand, boot dryer, snowshoes, and plastic sleds for children (The nearby town of Frisco has a popular sledding area, plus a tubing hill). Each of the three bedrooms has a king-sized bed, and the two living room sofas each fold out. The kitchen has all the usual appliances and furnishings, plus a Keurig, fondue pots, food processor, and even a raklette machine.
Included are a fireplace, WIFI, a 60-inch TV with streaming services (and regular TV through Directv streaming), a foosball table, garage door openers, sheets and towels, some board games, a jetted tub, and oh yeah, a great view!
