Whether you're hitting the slopes or enjoying summer activities like hiking, biking, or fishing, this condo puts you in the heart of the action.

Skywalk Flats Penthouse Condo is a premium 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat perfect for up to seven guests. The living area boasts large windows framing mountain views, vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen Smart TV for entertainment. The kitchen features large marble counters, stainless-steel appliances, and all the necessary equipment to keep your group happy and well-fed. Seating for four at the dining table and four at the counter ensures everyone has a place to gather.

Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a shared garage suitable for two mid-sized vehicles or one large vehicle. Perfect Penthouse with Amazing Amenities

We had an incredible stay at this rooftop penthouse! It was the perfect size for our group and in an ideal location. We went snowboarding at nearby resorts like Vail and Copper and our kids enjoyed the Playgarden just down the street. The highlight of our evenings was relaxing in the rooftop hot tub, it was the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We’d love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Great stay in Silverthorne

Easy to access all that Silverthorne has to offer. Property was cleaned and extremely well stocked with anything we could ever need (they even had an instapot!) beds were comfortable and the balcony had a tremendous view. The kids loved the rooftop hot tubs. We stayed at a time the building experienced a gas leak which halted any hot water. Management worked with us to ensure we were satisfied. Overall had a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great condo in the center of Silverthorne. Close to amenities. Excellent 30-min access to mountains (Breckenridge, Vail etc.). Apartment was well equipped and spacious. Three comfortable bedrooms, open living area with large comfortable sofa. Super kitchen and dining table for 6 people. Easy access using key or keyless access. Hot tub on roof was a bonus - we used it two evenings. Objectively one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in. Nowhere is perfect and we don’t think it should be. Our two nitpicks; traffic noise from road outside and temperature of condo during hot days. There is no method to cool the property effectively during hot temperatures. Opening the windows won’t help with a fireball in the sky shining directly into the apartment. Never going to be an issue if you travel outside of July/August. We imagine this property would be fantastic for the winter season given its location and facilities.
