Comfortable house near several ski options

We enjoyed our stay here, the house had plenty of room for two families including 3 children under 3. Location is close to both ikon and epic pass mountains which was key for our group. Would recommend to others.

Best Cabin for Weekend Getaways

We had the best stay at this cabin. We were able to bring our 2 dogs and had plenty of room for the 10 of us. My only confusion was the futon was counted as one of the queen beds but the pullout couch saved the day! Overall I would recommend this property to everyone!

Very nice place to stay with the family

Nice townhouse. Property mgr was very responsive.

Townhouse was very nice and accurately represented on the website. It was hard to tell online but the back deck is very small. Only big enough for hot tub & grill. There is another decent sized deck on the side off the side of the house on the second floor. Kitchen was well-stocked. Only downside is that it’s located right on a pretty busy street.

Lots of space for family

3 bedrooms but of course also fold out couches and 3 bathrooms. Beds were comfortable and extra pillows and blankets in closets. The property is not as private as I imagined and certainly the deck where the hot tub is located is on display to Neighbors. There are views of mountains and hikes such as lily pad are only 5 mins in car. Toiletries were minimal - teeny soap and shampoo so recommend bringing or buying extra if you are staying more than a few nights. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall it was a good condo for our family of 4

It was spotless as his units always are and I especially appreciated the garage being swept out and the area rugs! The artwork throughout the house was amazing, especially for a rental. Loved it!!Wonderful dog friendly unit across the street from the walking path that also leads to some trails. We went for skiing, but I think summer would be great there. I can easily recommend this house!!

This property is located conveniently by all the mountains we love to ski. We were immediately impressed with the size of the garage. It fit our large SUV easily and it was nice to jump in a warm vehicle each morning. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living room was awesome. We felt connected while cooking as the kiddos watched sports. Loved the full sized hot tub. Finally a private tub that fit my whole family. The only thing that didn’t work were the burners on the outdoor grill. We used the griddle instead for our burgers and made do with that. Love this property and would stay again for sure.

Beautiful Home and Location

We were offered this home because of a change with our original rental. I am so glades this happened! We thoroughly enjoyed this home. The location was ideal for walks in the morning and running to the store as needed. The home was very clean and the space was absolutely perfect for our group. The hot tub was great. The grill was great. We spent a lot of time using the back patio and the front porch. Neighborhood is quiet. All appliances worked perfectly. They even supplied hand sanitizer and suntan lotion! The only thing we could have used was a kitchen towel. 2 rolls of paper towels were provided, but I had to buy a couple more. Not a huge deal for sure. I highly recommend this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have a mixed review. The property was clean and is centrally located to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail. The property is a bit dated, but comfortable. The property management company was responsive to our needs. I forgot to add the damage insurance and emailed them and they took care of getting that added for me. We also needed a few extra towels and washcloths. While the property sleeps 10, there were not 10 sets of washcloths and towels. They did promptly deliver more upon request. No extra towels were available for the hot tub so be sure to bring some if you plan to use it. We did a lot of washing of towels! This property did have extras like spices, extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, toiletries, hand soap, dishwasher soap, etc. that you are typically responsible for bringing, which was nice. My major complaint with this property is...while the listing says the property is dog friendly, there is an extra fee for pets which is not disclosed on the listing. When they delivered our extra towels and discovered our dog, they promptly charged my credit card for the daily pet fee. In their defense, if you check the box "I am traveling with pets" when you book, the price of the rental does change. In my defense, the pet fee is not listed as a separate line item like every other fee. You have no way of knowing there is a pet fee unless you attempt to book the listing both ways. At the time the condo, was booked we had not anticipated traveling with pets so I completely overlooked the check box about traveling with pets and never gave it a second thought as we booked several months in advance. Since the fee isn't disclosed on the listing there was no way of knowing there is an additional pet fee. The only way I figured this out was to go back and try to rebook the property to see where I missed the pet fee. Overall, in terms of hotel ratings, I rate the property 2.5 stars out of 5.

Beautiful setting, Great space

Remarkable place to stay for a very reasonable price. Family of 5 plus 2 boyfriends and there was plenty of room for all of us and very comfortable. Setting is nice--isolated enough to feel like a mountain getaway, but close to hiking, shopping and (I assume from the bus) easy transport to skiing. Excellent choice!
