Everything from being able to dock the boat, sitting on the Adirondack chairs, enjoying the evening air and fishing, to the great location in the house was perfect. We enjoyed evening fires, sunrises in the morning with Coffee and family gatherings around the table for dinner. "We had a great vacation at Daniel's home! The house was clean and comfortable and Hadlock Pond was the perfect small, peaceful lake for swimming, kayaking and fishing. We had several young kids in our group and they loved splashing around in the shallow water by the shore. We rented a pontoon boat for a couple days and were able to park it at the end of the dock. "Overall the property was clean and tidy for our arrival. Upstairs area perfect for children/extra guests but my partner and I enjoyed the one downstairs just fine. Stairs may be a bit tough for those with walking issues (they are a bit narrow) but otherwise not bad for some 20-somethings like us! Easy access to restaurants/attractions up and down the lake and the pool was nicely kept too."
