Sunny and quiet 2 ½-room apartment on the first floor, 75 m2, facing south-west. Living/dining room with a sofa bed for two people and a balcony. Phone, radio and TV. Open kitchen with dishwasher and oven. Bath/toilet/sink. One double room. New and comfortable furnishing. Garage (garage height 195 cm). Shared washroom and ski room. Pets are not allowed.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Pro Silvaplana was built in 1995. The houses are located on the edge of the centre of Silvaplana. Cross-country skiing tracks and hiking trails are in the surrounding area. The Corvatsch mountain, skiing area in the winter and starting point of beautiful hiking trips in the summer, is in the neighbouring village Surlej, 700m away. A huge variety of physical activities can be practised in St. Moritz, 5 km away. During the season busses run every half hour in any direction.

Sehr freundliches, aufgestelltes Personal am Empfang. schöne Wohnlage, Einkaufen zu Fuss möglich, zentrale Bushaltestelle auch in der Nähe, sodass wir das Auto nur zur Hin und Rückreise benutzen mussten! Super!

Als Nutzer*in des ÖV finden wir die Schlüsselübergabe am Bhf. von St. Moritz bzw. das Liegen lassen in der Wohnung bei Abreise sehr praktisch.

Immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Nur die Rückmeldungen betreffend gewisse Ausstattungen in der Wohnung dauerten zu lange. Toaster und Abfalleimer für das Bad wurden am nächsten Tag geliefert. Dankeschön. Unten noch einige Mängel in der Ausstattung der Wohnung. Grundsätzlich wäre die Wohnung viel schöner, wenn sie besser und schöner eingerichtet wäre. Es hatte viel zu viele Teppiche, die wir dann wegräumten. Die Wohnung ist Dank den vielen Fenstern sehr lichtdurchflutet. In der Ausstattung der Wohnung vermissten wie einige Dinge, die unserer Meinung nach essentiell sind. Folgend: Eierbecher (es hatte NUR 1 Eierbecher) Müsli-Desserschalen Teekrug oder Teekanne Espressotassen 1 grosse Platte Einen Toaster wurde uns von der Loga zur Verfügung gestellt. Danke. Grundsätzlich hatte es auch zu wenig Geschirr und Bestecke. Wir hatten oft Gäste und waren somit zu viert oder sechst am Tisch. Wir sind der Meinung, dass der Eigentümer unser Feedback wissen sollte. Da wir bereits seit ca.40 Jahren in Silvaplan/Surley unseren Ski/Frühjahrsurlaub verbringen, finden wir uns zurecht. Erforderlichenfalls ist eine kompetent Betreuung sicher gegeben. Unsere immer wiederkehrendes Problem mit unterschiedlichen Fernbedienungen am Fernseher wurde schnell und freundlich behoben. Für uns war die Schlüsselübergabe in Silvaplana natürlich bequemer. Die Lage und Raumaufteilung der Wohnung sowie die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einen Toaster uns eine Suppenkelle wäre noch gut gewesen.

Eccellente e Chiara come sempre ottima come sempre riscontrata presso di voi. Ottimo per la vacanza e bello. Perchè il punteggio 4 stars per l'arredamento e la pulizia? Esse incontrano perfettamente le nostre aspettative ma non meritano il 5 stars per via dell'odore di Fumo da sigaretta (smoker used) che impregna divani, tappeti e ambiente. 3 stars per la pulizia perchè c'è ODORE di SIGARETTA, (la pulizia delle signore incaricate è da 5 stelle per gli ambienti ma inefficace per l'odore). Abbiamo provato a rimuoverlo noi con erogatori in ambiente ma non ha funzionato a sufficienza. Almeno i tappeti andrebbero lavati prima di dare accesso a Non fumatori e I divani e poltrone passati con vapore. Per un non fumatore questo è molto fastidioso. Se si è a conoscenza di questa anomalia l'appartamento non andrebbe proposto a non fumatori. In ogni caso le nostre vacanze sono state belle.
