"Very cute house that is nicely updated. Location is great and is walkable to the Hot Springs and everything downtown. We didn't use our car once after getting to the rental. There was some confusion with the bunk beds, as there is one set of twin bunk beds in the room, and when I asked we were told they were one set of full, so we had to make due with some tighter sleeping arrangements with 4 kids. "The coaching staff and our boys had a wonderful time while we stayed at the house! Very spacious and accommodating. The property management was very friendly, laid back, and made you feel like family! They even helped our team with travel recommendations for the following day so that we could make it our Soccer game on time. We loved it! "we had no TV and I missed hockey game I thought Property Manage should have been able to have comcast to come to property , was told that owner came by last day but no one told us untill we checked out also we were to take out trash dat we left we had 1 bag but 2cans were full which we put on street advising we would be gone inside was good but outside needs some attention"

"The cabin was cozy and clean! It was the perfect size for our long weekend. Great location, close to everything we did in town. The only downside was the only heat source was a small space heater, but luckily it wasn’t too cold while we were there, we really only needed heat when we were done rafting and were cold and wet from those conditions.
