"Good: Location is great if u want to be in the middle of busy touristy town- so good if you have independent kids to walk to beach or shops and disco 2 streets over. No AC , so if it is very hot just deal with it old way- fan and open windows. Very nice restaurant right next to beach as well. Very yummy grilled vegetables and reasonable price. "We definitely will be back. Our first time in the part of Mallorca but wondering how we've missed it until now. At the quiet end of town but everything you'll need is 5 to 10 minutes walk. "Die Finca liegt gut 1 km von Artà entfernt, das man man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein Auto ist für den Einkauf (Trinkwasser) hilfreich. In der Finca ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. "We hosted 22 people (at maximum) in the finca and always had plenty of individual space. There was parking for 5 cars which we really appreciated. More than enough crockery, facilities, dishwashers... they had thought of everything. We had a wonderful week and would love to return soon. Ury was an efficient correspondent and Ewa (property manager) was very helpful and accommodating of logistics. 10/10!"

"Wir waren im April zu Gast. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Den tollen Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, nur 5 Minuten zur Promenade. Christin war sehr nett und konnte bei Bedarf telefonisch kontaktiert werden. Links und rechts neben dem Haus gibt es Mehrfamilienhäuser, die haben uns aber nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
