"Nice quiet place, 10 minute walk to beach and restaurants. Lots of space, nice outside area for evening sangria. Quiet part of Can Picanfort with local feeling, not too busy and definetely no teeenagers - the busy part is further away - but still within a walking distance. Air conditioning was not very good - as it is not inside of all rooms but in stairs. Only one room has air conditioning inside."

"These pictures of Maria's house dont do justice for it, it is so much more beautiful! The sea is literally on your footsteps. Our favorite hobby was to sit on the terrasse and look all the boats sailing by. Really beautiful place and Maria is the best host ever. On our arrival she had some food and drinks for us ready and was always at our dipsosal if we needed anything. She is very discreet. We will defintely be back one time. Muchos grazias Maria!!! "The place overall, We are are planning another stay in 2025 /adjuste all toilet seats verify that the code to the key box (gate) is correct , we had problems with wrong codes in arriving mail instructions"

"Das Ferienhaus hat wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, einen tollen Ausblick und auch sonst ist alles wie beschrieben. Das Haus besteht aus 2 seperaten Wohnungen, unten ist ein Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa, Küche und ein Badezimmer. Oben das gleiche nur mit 2 Schlafzimmern und großer Terrasse mit Gasgrill. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen."

"The house is really tiny, looks bigger on the pictures. It is few steps from beach and touristic area full of shops, restaurant and bars. The house is quiet and a neighboor from the right side is really lovely. Unfortunatelly there was a cockroach at the house, we were huning him for two days and I was so affraid I could not sleep :(. Communication with the owner was OK, sometimes we had to wait a day for an answer. But they allowed us later check-out which was great. The city is a bit dirty...
