"The cottage was lovely, plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked with crockery, glasses etc. the bathroom was stunning, however issues I reported to the Management Team about the hot water not consistently running hot, meant having a shower was’t pleasant or a bath after our long walks was impossible and spoiled our stay. I would like to think the boiler has be repaired now as well as the broken kitchen tap. If these had all been in good working order our stay would have been fantastic. "

"We stayed here for a few nights while competing at the JK orienteering festival, based upon Sheffield. The cottage was very comfortable and well-located for us. Seeing Lapwings and hearing Curlews was a bonus. Many thanks."

"This property is seriously lacking in basic amenities that usually come as standard in any rental property, for example:No coat hooks on the ground floor meaning you need to leave your coat over the back of a chair - not great if there are more than 4 of you in the property.You advertise a fully equipped kitchen however there is no teapot, no coffee maker or cafetière, no dishwasher and the hob and oven were so dirty that we could not use them. Also within the kitchen there is paint splattered...

We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. "I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "
