"This hotel came at a nice discount price, as it appears to be off of the normal tourist season. Staff are friendly. The place appears to be very safe. It also was clean. The only drawback is that it is a little bit further from the airport than it appears on the map. The Airport Shuttle is a little expensive, but if you want to take the metro and bus, be prepared to take a little longer, and have either a map with an active data plan or take very good notes in advance. Road signs are not very well marked."

The room is not big, but very clean and had what we needed. It's close to the airport so a little noisy, which was expected. Less than 20 min to the airport, great pricing! Highly recommend it!"

I use this hotel just to get some rest between flights, so I can't say much about its location or nearby points of interest. The hotel-provided shuttle service is a great convenience, providing a safe and comfortable means of transportation from/to the airport. The lobby and rooms are clean and the interior design is visually pleasing. The included breakfast is healthy and light."

"The Great Airport Hotel was really nice for our short stay in Istanbul. We were there for two days total and they were very accommodating for us. My family always enjoyed the breakfast and the eating areas and windows were nice to look out from. There was an earthquake while we were there and the building was not affected at all and we felt quite safe during that time. The shuttle to and from the airport was comfortable and very efficient as well. I also really liked eating at the restaurants just north of it. "
