"The hotel has a gorgeous setting and superb rooms. The service however was far below expectations. Our bags were left in reception for 2 hours after check in and even then we ended up collecting them ourselves. We waited over 30 minutes at the café to buy pastries for lunch and eventually went elsewhere. ..."
