"We booked this through hotels.com and we got a confirmation however they did not nor did they receive payment.
We arrived and the host Valentina was waiting for us (because we called). She graciously let us in the gates and showed us one of two rooms to choose from which either one was fine. We were hungry and Valentina recommended a nearby restaurant that had great food.
We woke up to a beautiful continental breakfast which tasted amazing and a latte. It was really foggy and we had to rush...
"We enjoyed our stay. The staff are always accommodating and helpful. The bed was very large and comfortable. Easy internet access but tv only showed Italian, French or German speaking channels. Transport is excellent as the train station is opposite the hotel. The train will take you straight not Venice or any other parts of Italy. Great stay (again)."
"We were impressed by the warm welcome we received and the helpfulness of the staff. It was totally worth it to book rooms overlooking the canal. It was lovely to be able to watch the gondola traffic go by at certain points during the day. "

"Pleasant hotel in amazing location! Breakfast was good. I would recommend going to the bar and having a drink on one of the small balconies overlooking the gondolas on the canal. "
