"The apartment itself was great, well-designed, well-equipped, and very clean. Everything else was a nightmare. Online check-in didn't work. When I arrived, I was made to wait for twenty minutes outside the building, communicating with someone at another location through the intercome. When they finally let me in, my room wasn't ready, although it was more than three hours after the check-in time advertised on the website. During my stay, there was deafening construction noise at all hours...

Darauf angesprochen, wollte man mir weis machen, dass ich überhaupt nicht das Deluxe-Zimmer gebucht hätte, auf Grund des "geringen" gezahlten Preises. "It is in a nice location and the rooms are very clean with nice wooden furniture. The rooms are very dark and get no direct sunlight on them and lighting is not too great. Think they need to use lighter bulbs . The internet was really poor for the duration of my stay. The mini kitchen was nice and handy"

"I was travelling for business alone and stay in many hotels. It was clean and tidy but I expected more for the price - the room was a bit small but the shower was good(the Simpsons towel in the bathroom was an interesting touch). I needed wifi and it was really bad. The breakfast was really bad and consisted of a tomato, two slices of bread , some egg and some weird cold hamburger . Given a choice, I wouldn't choose to stay here again"
