"We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality.
However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear, with paint peeling off the surfaces. The closet sliding doors were also difficult to open and close. Additionally, there was a damp, musty smell in the room that was a little unpleasant.
Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent service. We hope management will address these maintenance concerns to make the experience even better for future guests.
