"I chose this hotel primarily because it is advertised as pet-friendly, as it was very important for me to be able to have my pet with me. However, during breakfast, I was asked to remove my small puppy, who was very young and quietly staying inside my bag, after another guest mentioned having allergies. I understand the concern, but this situation was disappointing, as it contradicted my expectations of a pet-friendly environment. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome having my pet with me in shared areas."

"I would not stay here again I was very disappointed the pool was cold it was older you had to walk a ways to the office they don’t tell you much in the office such as there is a 24hr ice machine you can buy a bag of ice from and where the pools are just what pool you can not go in it wasn’t worth the money and we only stayed one night "

"The place was a great value for the price. The location was a nice area, and the spot by the beach was pretty empty (we stayed end of March). The Summit has a gate, where you have to wear your wrist band to get in, and felt safe the entire stay. Unfortunately, there was construction that was originally planned for February, but was delayed until the week of our stay. The scaffolding blocked our sliding glass back door entrance. David was very kind and flexible with the issue, and always responded quickly. I would definitely recommend David and the stay, just double check about construction."

"Room 1003A was amazing. I had 3 kids with me on our family trip and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space. The kids loved swimming in the pools and the playing pool on the pool table. The staff was very friendly and didn't hesitate to answer any of our questions we had. We were able to check into our room early after driving 24 straight to get there. Hands down would pick this place again over any other place in Panama!"
