"Staff were never anywhere to be found. The doors were locked at 10pm making it a struggle and time consuming to check in. The front desk lady was rude to us. The front desk was closed when we tried to check out at 8am and we had no check out instructions. The whole process was horrible. No one was never anywhere to be found. "
