"The worst hotel i have ever seen. Sure the building is old but the rooms don't have to reflect that. No upgrades and it looked as if no housekeeping had been done since the 80s. Disgusting. I wish i could give it less than 1 Star. The lobby was very deceiving because that's where any upgrade Money went. Rooms were horrible and the one i was given had a smoke detector laying on the table opened with the batteries removed. This room was where i imagine women are taken to be raped and meth is taken to be cooked. NEVER booking there again. They need to demolish the building and start over from scratch ."

"Breakfast is give a 3 out of 10. Also after my first night of staying, I went to pick my charger up off the floor and also picked up a wad of brunette hair. Myself nor my guests had brunette hair. "

"The room was neglected for sure. It had NOT been cleaned. The sheets were dirty hand towel dirty and body towel dirty. The shower/tub was also dirty as well as the floors, clock, fridge/freezer handles. Do or animal hair everywhere and it smelled horrible I wanted to vomit. They could not change any rooms because it was fully booked but I didn’t put any of me belongings in the room since I had to leave immediately after check in. I just opened the door to ensure my key worked and noticed the horrible smell. When I came back I did not sleep well at all because of the filth I laid the cleanest towel down and had my personal hand towel which I used to put over the pillow and my personal blanket which I was fortunate to have! I would never stay here again and would like my money back. There was no one to help the next morning when I checked out and the sign stated to call a number to get help using the phone in the lobby but there was no phone in the lobby. Even another lady was there with her daughter checking out and she didn’t see the phone to call either. She left her key under the pull down gate at the desk and I did the same. This was a horrible experience. I would have slept in my car had it not been so cold and if I had a thicker blanket. I did go out at 1am to see if I could try but it was too cold."

"We was not aware of the 100 for wrist bands,and we had to pay for parking pass even though we had one reserved. We was told no hidden fees but when we arrived to the place we had to pay 100 for the bands to do anything at the place. It would have been nice to also be aware of the parking garage height. We had a 6"11 van that almost didn't fit. We was not aware of any of this Intill we got to the place. We rented a golff cart for the day and wasn't allowed to have it on property to pick up our family. "
